Privacy Policy

Sections 1.41 and 1.42 of the BCL Procedures Manual state: "Broward County Library is obligated by Florida Statute 257.261, and by professional ethics, to protect the privacy of library patrons’ registration and circulation records. A patron’s registration and circulation records include everything in the computer system connected to the patron such as: items charged out, fines and fees, holds, ILL (interlibrary loan), registration, and archival information."
